Neurological levels of Robert Dilts and the usage of the method in identifying your own Enneagram type and helping to identify other people types.

    The Enneagram
    Latha strongly believes that the enneagram can help find answers and work deeply on issues related to early
    childhood memories and conditioning, life purpose, relationships, career and leadership, and overall personal and
    spiritual growth.
    While the Enneagram at first glance, offers a personality type model for assessment like many other, it is more than
    that. The enneagram recognizes that we as humans are far more complex and supports an evolving, maturing human
    journey. It is hence a great tool for self-exploration and when accompanied by practices like, personal development
    and growth, nurturing self- leadership or team/ community leadership, meditation or spiritual practices, offers great
    resources for self-discovery and transformation.

    others and the world, the enneagram is a wonderful tool. It offers direction and insights not just for self-awareness,
